How does payment protection work?▼
When you fund a milestone, the money is held securely by our payment provider. It's only released to the tradie when you approve the completed work. This protects both parties.

Clients pay no platform fees. Tradies pay a small commission (10%, capped at $25 for regional jobs) on completed work only.

We verify ABN, state licence numbers (QBCC in QLD, VBA in VIC, NSW Fair Trading licence, and equivalents in SA, WA, TAS, ACT and NT), and insurance certificates. Verified tradies display a verification badge on their profile.
